Susan Wolfson, LCSW, CHt

Susan Wolfson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CHt) with a successful psychotherapy practice in Bradenton, FL. She is committed to the strength and well-being of all her clients.

Susan received her first Master’s degree in Psychology (M.A.) from Duquesne University, and a second Master’s in Social Work (M.S.W.) from New York University. She completed intensive study in, and is a Certified Practitioner of Rapid Resolution Therapy, and Clinical Hypnotherapy with Rapid Trauma Resolution at The Institute for Rapid Resolution Therapy™ and The Institute for Survivors of Sexual Violence, Inc. Susan’s clinical experience has been with both children and adults, working in schools, community mental health agencies and in private practice settings. Her concentration since beginning her private practice has been with adults.

Susan has also completed the required course instruction to be a Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida, to supervise Registered Clinical Social Work Interns for their licensure.

She has maintained a private practice since 2002, in which she successfully eliminates painful emotions such as depression, anxiety, guilt, shame, anger, remorse, resentment and grief, by incorporating and using Rapid Resolution Therapy™.

Susan is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to help and empower a broad spectrum of the population. She has worked extensively with immigration attorneys in Sarasota/Bradenton/Tampa, as well as throughout Florida and many other states, writing evaluations, providing testimony in court documents, and in serving as an expert witness for trauma-related cases.

Susan’s energy and enthusiasm for the work she does transfers to her clients and to those learning from her, furthering a positive and valuable growth process.
